This is a Shin-shinto blade with a fake signature "Sukesada".
Such a blade that Shin-shinto with Koto signature is called "Kuwana-blade.
Kuwana-blade was made as originally trick blade. That is popular in 19th
century.
The steel is fine, but has two small blisters in sesame
size. And some small open layers appear. But they are not serious flaws.
The hamon is bright konie (small particles) making Gunome
pattern with Tobi-yaki. The appearance is attractive.
Tang
"Bishu Osafune ju Sukesada" (fake)
The blade quality is not so bad as Shin-shinto, the steel
is fine and the temper line is bright, the hamon exists wide enough.
The condition is bad. The surface is full of scratches
and marks of rusting. And the blade is having a small bent.
It is suitable for hobby polisher's practice. It can
become an attractive blade by re-building a good shape and finishing properly.

probably some person fix them with terrible skill.

good.

style.
